Generating MustGather

The MustGather utility will collect needed information for problem determination. Use it when requested to do so by the support team.
The utility generates a compressed archive file in /tmp directory. For example: /tmp/all_created_tar_export_2021-05-01_16-00-51.tgz
Option 1: Use CLI Main Admin Menu
Use the Command Line Interface (CLI) (Option 7 - Must Gather).
Option 2: Use the Admin Console
Use MustGather utility via the Admin Console.
