The Failed Objects page shows details about DataPower object that are enabled in configuration but in operational state "Down".

By default, DPOD checks for failed objects every 5 minutes, you can change this interval from the System Parameters page ("Interval in Seconds to Monitor Objects Status" option)

ColumnDescription
Time DetectedWhen the object was last sampled
DeviceThe Device name
DomainThe Domain name
Object NameThe DataPower object name
Object ClassThe Object's class
Operational StateAlways "down"
Admin StateAlways "enabled"
Event CodeThe Event code returned from the DataPower
Error CodeThe Error code returned from the DataPower

Scanned Object Classes

The list of scanned object classes is determined by the  "Object Status Monitor Class List (All, Default or a Custom List)" option in System Parameters page

It accepts one of the following options:

  1. When the setting is set to "Default" (this is the installation default), the class list will be:

2. "All" will cause DPOD to scan all classes
3. Enter 
your own comma separated list of classes, such as "CertMonitor, SNMPSettings, HTTPSSourceProtocolHandler"
