DPOD is offered in the following packages:

  • IBM DataPower Operations Dashboard Single Gateway / IBM DataPower Operations Dashboard Five Gateways:

    • Based on the number of Application Instances (also referred to as IBM DataPower Gateways or Monitored Devices) connected to DPOD and managed by DPOD.

    • The following are examples of Application Instances:

      • One instance of IBM DataPower Gateway Virtual Edition =  One Application Instance.

      • One instance of IBM DataPower Gateway Virtual Non-Production Edition =  One Application Instance.

      • One instance of IBM DataPower Gateway appliance (without tenants) =  One Application Instance.

      • One instance of IBM DataPower Gateway appliance tenant = One Application Instance.

      • One landlord and one tenant of IBM DataPower Gateway appliance = Two Application Instances.

      • One or more application domains of an instance of IBM DataPower Gateway appliance, which are synchronized by DPOD to another IBM DataPower Gateway appliance = Two Application Instances.

  • IBM DataPower Operations Dashboard for API Connect Hybrid, which include the following limitations in functionality:

    • Access only to the API-C view in DPOD (the Gateway view in DPOD, which is used to monitor and investigate traditional DataPower services such as Web Service Proxy or Multi-Protocol Gateway, is not available).

    • Maintenance plans, such as backup and firmware upgrades, are not available.

    • Physical gateways cannot be connected to DPOD.

  • DataPower Virtual Enterprise (which includes an entitlement for DPOD)
