The Transaction Debug Log page gathers transactions information for problem determination. Use it when requested to do so by the support team.
By supplying the transactions syslog records, the support team can recreate the exact transaction data in the lab to recreate and investigate issues concerning transaction analysis.
Filtering the Relevant Transactions Information
On DPOD's Web GUI Console, navigate to Manage → Internal Health Transactions → Tx Debug Log.
Use the filters to narrow down the syslog records to the relevant information. The most common scenario is to find a specific transaction using the "Trans. ID" filter. For example:
Saving the Log Records to a File
Use the browser's regular copy and paste capabilities to copy the records and save them "Copy to Clipboard" button, paste the information into a text file and save it.
