The Product Activation page allows you to view current activation details, request a renewal or replacement activation key, or update the installation with a provided activation key.
The details displayed in the screen are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Product Owner | The product owner's name. This will normally be the name of your organization. |
Email Address | Activation keys are sent by email. When you request a new or replacement activation key, this is the email address the activation key will be sent to. |
Expiry Date | The date this activation key will expire. This depends on your purchase agreement. |
Number of Gateways | Maximum number of monitored gateways you can configure. This depends on your purchase agreement. |
Request or Update Activation Key
The Product Activation page contains two buttons at the top.
Click the Generate Request Key button to generate a new activation key request. You will need to provide the details above and generate a request key, which you can send by email.
Click the Update Activation Key button to update the system when a new activation key has been emailed to you.
