The following steps apply only when upgrading from 1.0.18.0 to 1.0.20.0.
Before applying the upgrade to 1.0.20.0 on DPOD version 1.0.18.0, apply the following commands:
mkdir -p /app/flume/messaging_agents/conf
IBM DataPower Operations Dashboard v1.0.20.x
