Generating MustGather

The MustGather utility will collect needed information for problem determination. Use it when requested to do so by the support team.

The utility generates a compressed archive file in /tmp directory. For example: /tmp/must_gather/must_gather_2023-04-19_12-56-26.tar.gz

Option 1: Use CLI

sudo /app/scripts/must_gather.sh

Option 2: Use the Admin Console

Use MustGather utility via the Admin Console.

By using the utility via the Admin Console, partial data only will be collected. It is highly recommended to run the MustGather script using root or sudo in order to collect all available data from the system.
