Full Gateway Capability

Includes all DPOD capabilities, and allows for both API and multiprotocol gateway use cases.

  • Priced per the number of managed gateways (also referred to as Application Instances) that are connected to DPOD and managed by DPOD.

  • A complete gateway and observability offering which includes DPOD along with DataPower virtual edition plus the Integration and B2B DataPower modules.

API Use Case Only

Does not cover physical DataPower appliances and multiprotocol gateway use cases (only the API-C view is available in DPOD Web Console), and excludes DPOD maintenance plans such as backup and firmware upgrade.

• Cloud Pak for Integration DataPower Operations Dashboard for API Calls:

  • Priced per API call across all managed gateways, and scales seamlessly with API Calls volumes so DPOD is a fixed percentage of the overall solution no matter the usage level.

  • For use exclusively with the API Calls add-on to Cloud Pak for Integration.

• IBM DataPower Operations Dashboard for API Connect Hybrid:

  • Priced per API call across all managed gateways, and allows easy scaling with API Connect Hybrid call volumes.

  • For use exclusively with API Connect Hybrid.
