- Ensure you are logged in to the Main Admin Menu.
- Select Check Status. The system will echo a list of services and their status.
- Verify that agents and services are in the correct state, as specified in the table below.

* These agents can have more than one instance, appearing as multiple processes in the operating system.
A running process does not necessarily mean the service is operational. When in doubt, always consult the keep alive information found in the Agents section of the UI Console.
