If possible stop all services on the cell member.
Check the cell member name in UI Console → Topology → Manage → DPOD Nodes.
Run the following command from cell managers CLI:
/app/scripts/remove_cell_member.sh -m <node name, i.e. N004>
If possible uninstall the cell member, see Non-Appliance+Uninstall
