DPOD version 1.0.5.0 introduced new screen for gathering transactions information to assist the support procedure.

By supplying the transactions syslog records support can recreate the exact transaction data in the lab , recreate and investigate issues concerning transaction analysis.

Filtering The Relevant Transactions Information

On DPOD's WebGUI navigate to Manage → Internal Health → Tx Debug Log

Use The screen filters to narrow down the syslog records to the relevant information.

The most common scenario is  filtering specific transaction using the "trans. ID" filter.

Saving The Log Records

User "Copy and Paste" to save the data into text file.
