The MustGather utility will collect needed information for problem determination.

You have 2 options to run the tool :

• You can run Option 7 from CLI Main Admin Menu
   OR
• You can run the MustGather using the command line :

cd /app/scripts
must_gather.sh full

The command will generate compressed archive file containing information and log Use it when requested to do so by the support team.

The utility generates a compressed archive file in /tmp directory. For example: /tmp/allmust_createdgather/must_targather_export_20162023-0504-0119_16-00-51.tgz 12-56-26.tar.gz

Option 1: Use CLI Main Admin Menu

Use the Command Line Interface (CLI) (Option 7 - Must Gather).

Option 2: Use the Admin Console

Use MustGather utility via the Admin Console.
