The Cloud Agents section under [Manage→Topology] provides access to the set of cloud agents monitored by that are connected to DPOD.

A Cloud Agent Agent will be used to monitor gateways managed by the DataPower k8s Operator, will be used to monitor gatewaysKubernetes Operator.

Each row in the table contains the following details about a single cloud agent. For more information, see Adding Monitored Cloud Agents.

Description

Name

The cloud agent name in DPOD (cr@namespace<CR name>@<CR namespace name>).
Clicking on a cloud agent’s name will load the cloud agent’s details in the Cloud Agent View screen and provide access to edit/delete the cloud agent. 

Manager URL

The URL used by DPOD to interact with the Cloud Agent Manager.

Adding a Cloud Agent

The cloud agents table widget contains the New… button at the top. Click this button to add a new cloud agent to be monitored by DPOD.
To add a cloud agent, see Adding Monitored Cloud Agents.

Edit or Delete a Cloud Agent

Click the Delete button to remove the cloud agent from the system, hence all monitored gateways by the cloud agent. The gateways will stop sending information to DPOD and DPOD will stop sampling the gateways. However, existing data of the gateways in DPOD (e.g.: transactional data, resources) will be kept.
