DPOD version 1.0.5.0 introduced new screen for gathering transactions information to assist the support procedureThe Debug Log page gathers transactions information for problem determination. Use it when requested to do so by the support team.
By supplying the transactions syslog records, the support team can recreate the exact transaction data in the lab , to recreate and investigate issues concerning transaction analysis.

On DPOD's WebGUI Web Console, navigate to Manage → Internal DPOD Health → Tx Debug Log.
Use The screen the filters to narrow down the syslog records to the relevant information. The most common scenario is filtering is to find a specific transaction using the "transTrans. ID" filter. For example:
