DPOD version 1.0.5.0 introduced a new screen for gathering transactions information to assist the support procedure.
By supplying the transactions syslog records, the support team can recreate the exact transaction data in the lab , to recreate and investigate issues concerning transaction analysis.

Use The screen the filters to narrow down the syslog records to the relevant information.
The most common scenario is filtering is to find a specific transaction using the "transTrans. ID" filter.
