Special Steps for Upgrading a Cell Environment to 1.0.14.0

1. Before upgrading the cell environment, in the cell manager, execute the following command:

2. After upgrading the cel manager, copy /app/keys directory (including any sub-directories) from the cell manager to all cell members (this will share the encryption key and generated certificates between the cell components).
