The MustGather Must Gather utility will collect needed information for problem determination.
You have 2 options to run the tool :
- You can run Option 7 from CLI Main Admin Menu
OR - You can run the MustGather using the command line :

The command will generate compressed archive file containing information and log Use it when requested to do so by the support team.
The utility generates a compressed archive file in /tmp directory. For example: /tmp/all_created_tar_export_20162019-05-01_16-00-51.tgz
Option 1: Use CLI Main Admin Menu
Use CLI Main Admin Menu and choose option 7.
Option 2: Use the Admin Console
Use Must Gather utility via Admin Console.
