The Reports History page in the Reports/Alerts view lists all the reports executions history from the previous 30 days.
The Reports History is displayed in a table, where each row describes a single report:
The reports history page shows log of all recent report executions (limited by storage), and allows to download the report output for 30 days after the execution.
Column | Description |

| Name | The report's name |
| Recipients | A list of email addresses the report will be emailed to. |
| Executing User | The user executing the report |
Status | Report Execution status |
Status Time | The time this status was set by the system |
| Message | Message for failed execution |
| Download | The executions history is deleted based on storage limit. If an output file exists for the report, the user can download the report. Report output is automatically deleted after 30 days. |
