The product has built-in capabilities based on the information it receives or samples from the monitored Gateways.
To enable the customer to send custom information to the product, the customer may modify their services and add a special transform action that will send additional information to the product that will be displayed within the product's console.

Overview
To enable the customer to send custom information to the product, the customer may modify their services and add a special transform action that will send additional information to the product that will be displayed within the Web Console.
Customers that use this method usually have:
- A single MPGW that execute that executes dynamically based on the input the relevant internal flow. Such Such customer use uses this method to write the actual service name and other information available.
- Other products that customer wishes to push their information into DPOD.
